Patrick has been happily married to his wife Cecile for over 40 years. They are proud of their son, Joseph, a physicist, and daughter, Marie, an attorney. Pat and Cecile are thrilled to have two grandsons, Thomas and Quincy and one granddaughter, Isabella Rose. They spend their spare time traveling to visit family around the country. Pat and Cecile have lived in the Hampton Roads area for over 39 years and actively serve in local community organizations.
While serving in the Army’s 82nd Airborne Division in the Vietnam War, Patrick was injured. During his recovery in a naval hospital, he met his wife Cecile, and they have been inseparable ever since. Patrick later completed his undergraduate and doctorate degree from Texas A&M. He has taught at the graduate and undergraduate levels and has used those skills to help educate his clients since joining Waddell & Reed in 1984.
