John is a graduate of Syracuse University. He currently holds the Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations along with the North Carolina Life, Accident & Health or Sickness as well as Long Term Care insurance licenses. John is currently a member of the Needmore Ruritan Club and Devils Ridge Golf Club. John and his wife Jennifer live in Holly Springs, NC where they are active in the local community.
