My financial planning practice is aimed at helping individuals and business owners make financial decisions to address the needs of their future.
Older generations generally focus on retirement: whether retirement is affordable and what may happen after retirement. On the other hand, younger generations tend to be focused on student debt and making investments as well as meeting their current lifestyle goals. In my experience there is a large disconnect between the expectations of the older and younger generations. Therefore, I feel called to help educate all generations on their goals. My hope is that by educating my clients and giving them the tools to understand their comprehensive financial picture, I can help them pursue their goals.
After graduating from UNC Charlotte in 2003 with a double major in Finance and Economics, I worked for Bank of America, Société Générale and Credit Suisse in New York City. After 11 years in NYC and the birth of my first child, I decided to move back to North Carolina and launch my own financial planning practice with Waddell & Reed. As a Financial Advisor, I hold the Series 7, 65 and 63 registrations along with Life and Health insurance licenses.
I am proud to be a Financial Advisor with the firm of Waddell & Reed. They were founded in 1937 and are among the most enduring asset management and financial planning firms in the nation.
